- 1 t honey
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet white wine
- juice from 1/2 lime
- trace ginger
- pinch dry mint
- 1 clover garlic, bruised

- In small saucepan, over medium heat, mix all ingredients, smashing up
- raspberries, until sauce is relatively smooth.

- Serve warm over baked or grilled salmon filets.
